For use as surface coating/sealant of porous surfaces prior to taking a two part silicone molds.
It allows for easy release of silicone impression mold . When casting resin into a silicone mould using a release agent will help prolong life of mold.
Directions:
Apply one to two coats allowing each coat to dry before applying the next
More coats may be required for Porous materials such as wood, concrete and plaster etc
Apply with a brush, or standard air gun/air brush or dip the item in the liquid.
Wax in a solvent carrier liquid.

RTV2 Condensation type Silicone tin catalyst Recommended for general mold work Silicone
Base Color: White Curing Agent: Transparent/BlueMix ratio: 100:2 Pot life: 30-40 mins Curing time: 4-6 hrs Hardness: 15-28 shore A
catalyst) that can be easily mixed and applied by hand and it is mixed in equal amounts (1A:1B) by volume/weight, it has a pot life of about 2-3 minute with a cure time of about 5-8 min at room temperature (73°F/23°C). Shrinkage is low and cured rubber is exceptionally strong (very high tensile strength), They also resist cure inhibition. It is also FOOD SAFE and can be used for culinary applications.

Add to the silicone at a ratio of 2% to achieve vibrant colors.
Color pigments can be added to both addition platinum cured and condensation tin-cured rubbers.
The pigments are non-toxic and are suitable for use in rubber that will contact both food and skin.
Small amounts can be added to creat tones, the more pigment color strong.
Multiple colors can be mixed to create custom colors.
Silicone thickening liquid
Silicone thickening liquid
This product is suitable for both condensation/tin and addition/platinum silicones.
It is a very potent thixotropic (thickening) effect, typically in the range of 0.1-3% is required to get the desired consistency. Consistency can range from viscous material for use with a brush or gel type for use with a spatula or hand.
When used with tin/condensation cure silicone it can be added both before or after addition of the catalyst.
It is recommended you adjust the viscosity of silicone fluid before adding the catalyst so that pot life is not affected. Intially unthickened material should be applied to mold taking care not to trap air. This will capture fine details of mold. Then more thickened material can be added to fill up mold. Ensure first layer is still wet before applying adding rest.

Product Description
The two materials dispensed via syringe are combined on a 1:1 ratio and mixed syringe tip until a uniform colour is achieved. It is easy to dispense easily directly into ear.
Mixing time: 30-45 seconds.
Setting time at body temperature: 3.5 minutes (less mixing time).
Supplied as a pair of 660g tubs - one blue (base) and one white (catalyst).
Shore hardness: 30
The two chemical components, which have no smell and are not harmful, can be combined easily with a ratio of 1:1. They have a low viscosity, allowing them to be used without needing to be processed in a vacuum chamber. The Silicone that has been treated is a slightly transparent beige or off-white color and is a highly flexible and elastic material with strong resistance to tension and tearin
It exhibits minimal shrinkage (0.1%) and can accurately replicate intricate details. This type of Silicone has a prolonged lifespan in moulds and boasts exceptional release capabilities. As a type of addition or platinum-cured Silicone, it maintains excellent dimensional stability and is resistant to deformation, ensuring a lasting shelf life.
